Overview
Once your visa is approved, Blue Dart will deliver your passport to the pickup location you specified when you scheduled your appointment. There are no extra fees associated with either aspect of this service - the cost for Blue Dart to hold your passport is included in the visa application fee.Locations and Timings

Stanley and Blue Dart provide facilities where your passport is held for pick-up. You will see a list of our passport/visa collection locations when you schedule your interview and can choose the most convenient location from that list.To collect passport/visa from Stanley/Blue Dart collection locations you will have to carry following Supporting Documents (as applicable) Please present your ORIGINAL valid Indian government-issued photo ID to the security personnel at the entrance and then proceed with the following documents.

Important Note:
- Indian Government-issued photo ID can be a passport biographic information page, voter ID, PAN card, driving license, or Aadhar card. An employment ID card issued in connection with a Indian government job is not acceptable.Senior citizen card is not acceptable as photo ID.
- An ORIGINAL letter of authority must contain the following information:
- Representative's full name as on their Indian government-issued photo ID
- Applicant’s name and Passport number
- Should be signed in original by all applicants

- If Husband is collecting passport/document on behalf of wife or vice-versa please bring relevant documents as listed in the table above. Authority letter signed by spouse applicant in original is mandatory.
- Children below 18 years of age will not be allowed to collect any/self-passport. An original letter of authority signed by any one parent is mandatory if representative is collecting passport or any one parent in person can collect a child passport with above required supporting documents.
- Please bring a copy of your Appointment letter along with above supporting documents for speedy collection of passport at the counter.
